Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is looking for a Care Supervisor at our luxury care and nursing home in Hertford. You will lead a small team of care assistants, supervise performance, and ensure high standards of resident care.

You will monitor care plans, record daily progress, and may perform care assistant duties when needed. A calm, proactive leader with relevant NVQ 3 and medication qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in care
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care is advantageous
• Medication administration qualification is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a small team of care assistants; organise the team and supervise performance.
• Review and monitor residents' care plans and ensure updates are recorded accurately.
• Provide hands-on care when required and support residents and staff during emergencies.
