Alex Wood House Care Home in Cambridge is seeking a Team Leader to drive care delivery and lead the care team. You will supervise staff, maintain high standards of care and support staff development.

The role offers a 45-hour week with shift patterns including days and nights. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required, and progression options within Athena Care Homes are available.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about delivering high-quality care.
• Experience in a senior care position.
