Job summary

Athena Care Homes is seeking a Clinical Care Lead for Goodwins Hall Care Home in King's Lynn. You will oversee clinical care and governance across the home, leading the clinical team to deliver high-quality, relationship-centred, dementia-aware care.

With RN/RGN/RMN qualification and at least two years of shift leadership experience, you will coach and inspire staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure an outstanding standard of care for residents within a supportive, values-led environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.
• Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
• Experience with dementia; dementia qualification advantageous.
• Proven track record leading and motivating a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for clinical care in the home.
• Lead care delivery with assessment planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care.
• Coach and inspire the clinical team to deliver outcomes for the home.
• Ensure outstanding relationship centred care, dementia care and clinical care in the home.
