Cinnamon Care Collection's Oakley Grange in Warwick is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to supervise care teams, ensure person-centred care, and support residents and their families. You will work alongside the Deputy Manager to deliver high standards and coach Senior Care Assistants.

The role is full-time, 48 hours per week with alternate weekends, day shifts with occasional night coverage, and a clear path into Deputy Manager opportunities within a top UK care home group.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ 3 essential.
• NVQ 4 in Care and Registered Managers Award or QCF Level 4 Diploma in Management is desirable.
• Two years’ experience in long-term care or similar industry.

Aufgaben

• Co-ordinate the resident assessment process with Deputy Manager, involving residents in needs and preferences.
• Ensure information about each resident is documented to support a person-centred approach.
• Work hands-on with the team to maintain appropriate levels of care at all times.
• Deliver and manage medication administration with robust audits including pharmacy processes.
