Bupa Wingham Court Care Home in Claygate is seeking a welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You will handle new enquiries, provide information face to face and by phone, and support the Home Manager with clerical tasks.

The role rewards customer service excellence, requires organisation and a friendly, caring approach. You will conduct show-arounds, maintain paperwork, and help build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• You’ve worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service.
• You’re approachable and organised with the ability to build relationships with residents, families and internal teams.
• Your caring attitude underpins everything you do to make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.
• Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries.
• Providing advice and support face to face and over the phone.
• Conducting show-arounds within the care home.
• Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing.
• Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed.
