Job summary

Bupa UK, at Freeland Croft Care Home in Fleet, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to welcome residents, families and visitors. You’ll handle enquiries, provide information face-to-face and over the phone, and support daily administrative tasks in a busy care home.

With previous receptionist experience and a friendly, organised approach, you’ll build positive relationships with residents and staff, while delivering high-quality, person-centred service in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Friendly and approachable with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to manage a varied workload with a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.
• Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries.
• Providing advice and support face to face and over the phone.
• Conducting show-arounds within the care home.
• Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paper work and filing.
• Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed.
