Exemplar Health Care is seeking an Office Manager for Primrose Place in Coalville. The role provides administrative support to ensure the home runs smoothly, with responsibility for financial records, payroll processing and front-desk duties.

You will manage office efficiency, support the care team, and help shape a new, purpose-built home culture focusing on dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in administration or office management.
• Efficient data processing skills.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT knowledge and digital skills.
• Qualification such as NVQ Level 3 IT or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and our purchase ordering/sales ledger system.
• Oversee budgetary controls.
• Complete staff records, including attendance and holiday records.
• Process payroll information.
• Be the first point of contact for colleagues, the people we support and visitors.
• Oversee the home’s general enquiries.
• Promote choice, dignity and independence.
