Pharmacyupdate is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a seven-bed Residential Care Home in the Bromley area of London. You will be an accomplished manager with extensive social care experience and a strong understanding of regulated services and CQC requirements.

The role focuses on person-centred leadership, staff management and community engagement to deliver excellent outcomes for residents and to promote the service's reputation.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations is essential.
• Minimum 2 years' CQC registered manager experience in the care sector.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment, training, supervision and appraisal of staff.
• Managing rotas, time sheets, budgets and quality audits.
• Ensure staff provide respectful and personalised support to clients.
• Provide operational leadership for mobilisation and ongoing delivery.
• Develop, maintain and manage systems, processes, procedures and standards.
• Carry out assessments and support planning for clients.
• Support service user involvement in management and development.
