Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a seven-bed Residential Care Home in the London borough of Bromley. You must be an experienced manager with strong knowledge of the social care sector, supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

The role requires registering as a CQC registered manager, delivering person-centred care, and leading staff and projects to improve outcomes and community links.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and working with people with a learning disability and mental health needs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, training, supervision, and appraisal of staff
• Managing rotas, time sheets, budgets, and quality audits
• Ensuring staff provide respectful and personalised support to clients
• Provide operational leadership for the service throughout mobilisation and ongoing delivery
• Contribute proactively to the development, implementation, maintenance and management of systems, processes, procedures and or standards within the area of responsibility
• Carrying out assessments and support planning for clients
• Supporting service user involvement in the management and development skills
