Job summary

Creative Support, a charitable care provider, seeks a dynamic leader to oversee a seven-bed Residential Care Home in the London borough of Bromley. You will be an accomplished manager with extensive social care experience, especially with people with learning disabilities, and you understand regulated services.

You will demonstrate a person-centred approach, provide confident professional leadership, manage staff and projects, and connect service users to community opportunities while promoting

Qualifications

• CQC regulations knowledge is essential
• Experience as a CQC registered manager in care services
• Minimum 2 years in a CQC registered manager role
• Ability to lead staff, budgets, and quality audits
• Demonstrated person-centred leadership and service development

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, training, supervision, and appraisal of staff
• Managing rotas, time sheets, budgets, and quality audits
• Ensuring staff provide respectful and personalised support to clients
• Provide operational leadership for mobilisation and ongoing delivery
• Contribute to development, maintenance and management of systems and procedures
• Carrying out assessments and support planning for clients
• Support service user involvement in management and development skills
