CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a purpose-built care home in the Bognor Regis area. You will oversee high-quality residential and dementia care while managing budgets and staff development.

You will provide visible leadership, oversee care planning, safeguarding, medication management and regulatory compliance. The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a salary of £69,800–£70,980 per year, paid monthly, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Home Manager or in a senior management role within a care setting.
• Experience of managing budgets, staffing levels and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide confident, visible leadership to the home and create a safe, inclusive environment.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams with effective recruitment, induction and performance management.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and robust safeguarding practices.
• Oversee care planning, admissions, regulatory compliance and data protection.
• Manage medication, health and safety, infection prevention and budgets.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
