The Home Manager opportunity in a leading care provider’s Bognor Regis home offers day shifts in a permanent role. You will lead a skilled team, ensure high-quality person-centred care and maintain regulatory compliance across care planning, safeguarding and infection control.

Salary £70,980 with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development. A Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care is required.

Formación

• Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care is required.
• 2–3 years in Home Manager or senior management in care settings.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing levels and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide confident, visible leadership to the home and create a safe, caring environment.
• Lead, motivate and develop senior and wider teams with recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care meeting social, physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Maintain responsibility for care planning, reviews and admissions with regulatory compliance.
• Promote residents’ dignity, independence, choice and involvement in decisions.
• Maintain robust safeguarding practices with zero tolerance for abuse or neglect.
• Oversee medication management, health and safety and infection prevention.
• Oversee catering, activities and volunteer involvement to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Manage the home’s financial performance and ensure sustainable service.
• Collaborate with Area Manager, Quality Business Partner and colleagues for continuous improvement.
