Job summary
Real Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Care Home Manager for a 40-bed facility in Oundle. You will lead and develop the team, uphold high standards of elderly care, and drive improvements.
Salary £50,000 plus a substantial bonus; an induction programme and ongoing training support career development. NVQ level 4/5 and Registered Manager Award are preferred, with experience in elderly care.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a small residential home (40 beds) or stepping down to a smaller home.
- Ability to improve working practices in the home.
- Good leadership, high work ethic and positive approach.
- NVQ level 4 or 5 completed.
- Registered Manager Award is beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience with elderly care is essential.

- Previous experience in a similar position of managing a small Residential Home (40 beds) or maybe you want to step down to a smaller home.
- Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
- Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach
- NVQ level 4 or 5
- Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential
- Experience with an elderly care is a must
