Real Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Care Home Manager for a 40-bed facility in Oundle. You will lead and develop the team, uphold high standards of elderly care, and drive improvements.

Salary £50,000 plus a substantial bonus; an induction programme and ongoing training support career development. NVQ level 4/5 and Registered Manager Award are preferred, with experience in elderly care.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a small residential home (40 beds) or stepping down to a smaller home.
• Ability to improve working practices in the home.
• Good leadership, high work ethic and positive approach.
• NVQ level 4 or 5 completed.
• Registered Manager Award is beneficial, but not essential.
• Experience with elderly care is essential.
