Position: Care Home Manager
Type: Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £65k plus Home Manager bonus + Bupa benefits
As a Care Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, providing outstanding, personalized care to our residents. You will manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. Building strong internal and external relationships will be key to strengthening the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare provider.
You will need to register with the regulator and may occasionally work out of hours or evenings.
