Job summary

Career Makers is recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a large nursing, residential and dementia care home in Bedale, North Yorkshire. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of care and compliance, and develop the staff team to deliver excellent resident wellbeing.

The role requires a proven track record as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager, with Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent, and strong knowledge of CQC regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager.
