Job Opportunity: Interim Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to support a local, established Care Home during an interim period. The successful candidate will have previously held a Registered Manager position, with the confidence to lead and manage care and nursing staff for at least three months. Demonstrated experience in managing change with a pragmatic approach and the ability to collaborate across teams is essential.

Location: Commutable from North/West Kent, West Sussex, and East Sussex

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations, covering 5/7 days
2. Provide coaching and problem-solving support
3. Assist with onboarding and staff training

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 10 years managing residential and nursing homes
• NVQ 5 in Health & Social Care
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
