A leading company in the care industry is seeking an Interim Home Manager to oversee operations at a local care home. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing care facilities, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. This role requires a compassionate individual who can lead teams effectively and improve care standards. The position is urgent and requires an enhanced DBS check.
We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to support a local, established Care Home during an interim period. The successful candidate will have previously held a Registered Manager position, with the confidence to lead and manage care and nursing staff for at least three months. Demonstrated experience in managing change with a pragmatic approach and the ability to collaborate across teams is essential.
Location: Commutable from North/West Kent, West Sussex, and East Sussex
