Job summary

Exemplar Health Care's Woolston House in Warrington is seeking a Maintenance Technician on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, flexible). You will ensure the home's fabrics, fittings and equipment are well maintained and presentable, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, decorating, plumbing and tiling, plus regular risk assessments and checks. Training and induction are provided to help you settle in and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Broad maintenance skills.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
