Exemplar Health Care's Woolston House in Warrington is seeking a Maintenance Technician on a part-time 20-hour-a-week contract (no weekend shifts but flexible). Salary £13.77 per hour.

You’ll keep the home’s fabrics, fittings and equipment in good condition, carry out decorating, plumbing and tiling, and conduct risk checks to ensure safety and comfort for residents, staff and visitors.
