Hill Care Group is seeking a Maintenance Person to join our care home team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on day-to-day maintenance of the building, services and grounds to keep the home safe and functional, supporting residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have DIY and decorating skills, plus a proactive approach and good communication with clients and colleagues. DBS checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills with Clients, colleagues, Managers and others with a legitimate interest.
• Experience of day-to-day repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
• Satisfactory Police Check and DBS where applicable.
• Self-motivation and flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance on the fabric of the building, services and grounds.
• Ensure the care home is maintained in a safe and efficient functional order.
• Respond to maintenance requests and repairs as needed.
