Job summary

HC-One is seeking a part-time Laundry Assistant to join our caring teams in the UK. You’ll manage washing, drying, ironing and repairing items, keep linen stock tidy and assist with distribution to rooms.

Excellent time management, strong communication and a kind, respectful approach are essential to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You’ll work 8am-3:30pm, 22.75 hours per week, with training provided and a friendly team environment that values

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, iron and repair laundry items to a high standard.
• Maintain linen stocks and distribute to rooms as needed.
• Fold/separate laundry to prepare for return to rooms.
• Provide a clean, safe, and well-presented laundry area.
