HC-One Ltd is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Assistant to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home for Residents across its Dementia, Nursing and Residential settings. The role operates on a 3 on/3 off rotation, with training provided and a strong emphasis on kindness, respect and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience is helpful; full training is provided.
• Must be organised and able to manage time well and work with attention to detail.
• Be kind and respectful in every conversation with Residents, visitors, and your team.
• Safeguarding training is required and colleagues must undertake appropriate training.

Responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead.
• Use products safely and follow hygiene procedures.
• Support infection control and safety standards.
• Help with laundry and linen care.
• Report any issues or repairs as needed.
