Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our domestic team, ensuring every area of the home is presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort. Your work directly contributes to residents' wellbeing by creating a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment where they can feel at home.

• Attention to detail and exceptionally high cleanliness standards.

• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the home to exceptional standards.
• Ensure bedrooms, communal areas and facilities remain clean and welcoming.
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
• Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and policies.
• Report faults promptly and monitor housekeeping supplies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in meetings and training.
