Job summary

Renfrewshire Council is seeking a Housekeeper (Temporary) to provide a consistent high-quality service in care home settings, ensuring that the environment meets service specifications and client and staff expectations.

You will carry out catering, cleaning and laundry tasks, maintain clients' dignity and confidentiality, and work within Facilities Management Soft Services as directed by the Assistant Facilities Housekeeper.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, cleaning and laundry services within a care home setting.
• Knowledge of current hygiene practices and the ability to maintain dignity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks relating to catering, cleaning and laundry services as required.
• Ensure areas used by clients and staff are maintained to the required standard.
