Job summary

Bupa St Georges Care Home in Cobham is seeking a Financial Administrator to support day-to-day financial operations within a 40-hour week. The role involves invoicing, cash handling, payroll processing and liaison with authorities to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial administration and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Raise invoices using bespoke software and process income.
• Liaise with Local and Health Authorities for payment information.
• Ensure documentation for admissions is complete and recorded.
• Safeguard resident monies and reconcile transactions.
• Administer purchasing and supplier payments; manage petty cash.
• Process payroll and employee information for accurate payments.
• Provide clerical support to the Home Manager; prepare reports.
• Maintain filing system and stationery replenishment.
