• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and all communal areas.
• Prioritise resident care at all times.
• Continually assess the domestic needs of all residents.
• Follow all policies and procedures to deliver high standards.
• Work alongside colleagues in the domestic and laundry teams.
• Promote continual improvement of standards in all areas.
• Maintain a clean, healthy environment that respects residents' dignity and individuality.
