The role includes supervising junior staff, planning social activities, and training colleagues, with a focus on creating a home-like atmosphere tailored to each resident’s needs.

You will support residents’ daily care, contribute ideas for activities, and help maintain a warm, respectful environment for residents and their families in a care-home setting.
