Akari Care Limited is seeking a Housekeeper who leads domestic and laundry teams, maintaining high cleanliness standards in residents’ rooms and communal areas. You will roster staff to prioritise resident care and coach teams to sustain quality service.

The role is 38.5 hours per week over 5 days including alternate weekends, with a caring, flexible, and resilient approach valued. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within similar environment.
• Housekeeper/Team leader experience required.
• A caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and in all communal areas.
• Ensure correct staff resource through accurate rostering to prioritise resident care.
• Support and coach domestic and laundry teams to deliver quality service.
• Promote continual improvement of standards in all areas.
• Respect residents and retain their dignity and individual needs.
