Mary Rush Care Ltd in Meadowcroft, Shoreham-on-Sea, is seeking a compassionate Deputy Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our care home. Working with the Home Manager you will develop the team, ensure high‑quality, person-centred care, manage care planning and regulatory compliance, and drive improvements while supporting residents and families.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or similar leadership role within residential care.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Home Manager with day-to-day running of the care home.
• Lead, support and develop care staff through supervision and training.
• Ensure high standards of safe, person-centred care, including care planning, medication, safeguarding and CQC compliance.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and professionals; maintain accurate records and effective communication.
• Support wider management tasks including audits, budgets and continuous improvement.
