Qualifications

• Experience supervising care staff and leading teams.
• Ability to train and develop staff while modelling professional standards.
• Strong communication with staff, management, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as Shift Team Leader and supervise care staff.
• Contribute to training and development of staff.
• Attend mandatory training and uphold Gold Care standards.
• Monitor and review service quality, acting on corrective actions.
• Assist Home Manager with staff supervision and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and external contractors as needed.
• Promote the home to the community and stakeholders.
