As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in a Barchester care home. Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on leadership duties in their absence, ensuring care standards are met and motivating your team. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life, leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and compliance checks.
