Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a proactive Client Liaison Manager to lead the Sales & Marketing function at Eastbourne Gardens Care Home in Eastbourne. You will oversee daily operations to meet budget targets and maximise occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, a clean UK driving licence, and the ability to prioritise workload. DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence.
• DBS clearance or willingness to obtain (costs covered by employer).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sales & Marketing processes in the home and ensure daily operation of the department.
• Meet and exceed budget targets; fill the home with the agreed client base to maximise revenue.
• Assist in answering general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers.
• Maintain and update the pipeline of potential members and forecast likely residents to maximise revenue.
• Develop new contacts and maintain regular contacts with key care influences.
