• Coordinate stock ordering with Home Manager to fit budget.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to align meal plans with support plans.
• Maintain quality assurance systems in the kitchen.
• Supervise kitchen team members.
• Follow Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH guidelines.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and promote independence.
