Qualifications

• Previous kitchen/catering experience desirable.
• A reasonable level of numeracy and literacy.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and a calm approach.
• Flexible and able to work in a team.
• Willingness to complete in-house training for this job role.

Responsibilities

• To maintain a balanced diet and varied menus for residents.
• To ensure food is prepared in a hygienic environment and stored properly.
• To monitor temperatures of fridges and freezers daily.
• To maintain cleanliness and comply with health guidelines (I.A.W.).
• To perform other duties as reasonably required.
