The role sits at the heart of the home, supporting the Registered Manager with reports, recruitment, audits, and payroll/budgets, with a focus on confidentiality and strong IT skills.

You will lead the reception team, perform pre-employment checks, issue offers, maintain files, and attend meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience administering within a care home setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internal applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and team.
• Lead the reception team and conduct 1:1s and appraisals.
• Process pre-employment checks and issue offers.
• Maintain resident and staff files and run monthly audits.
