Job summary

South Coast Nursing Homes is seeking a Home Administrator for Eastridge Manor in Bolney near Haywards Heath. You will support the Home Manager with all administrative tasks, manage resident records, payroll/HR data, rotas and communications to residents and staff.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with benefits including DBS, pension, staff meals, and career development opportunities within a growing family-owned care home group.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role in a busy environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with accounts, payroll and rota management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager in all aspects of home administration.
• Handle emails, letters and telephone enquiries.
• Maintain admissions and occupancy records and resident accounts.
• Monitor financial management tasks and payroll/HR information.
• Oversee rota administration and time/attendance system.
• Ensure payroll and HR data are processed accurately and on time.
