Keane Premier Support Services South Lanarkshire is seeking a Care Home Administrator to support the Home Manager with daily tasks, data entry, and staff coordination, ensuring resident records are accurate and confidential.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Well organised and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager with daily tasks such as data entry, data collection, financial administration, staff rota coordination, and distributing reports and memos.
• Act as a point of contact for staff, residents, families, and external agencies.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records, admissions/discharges, and personal information.
• Maintain accurate staff records.
• Produce agendas, take minutes of meetings, and keep records of meetings.
