Job summary

Cera Care Ltd in Wirral is hiring caring staff to support clients in their own homes, providing personal care, meals, and medication assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or caring for others is welcomed.
• Ability to travel to clients in Wirral and surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assist with meals and medication as required.
• Visit clients at their homes across Wirral, coordinating with visits and travel.
• Support clients to maintain independence and safety.

The Role:

Supporting clients in Wirral and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits.

For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
