Job summary

Highgate Care in Leeds (LS15) is seeking an experienced Sales & Enquiries Advisor to join our Customer Service team at the Leeds office. You will be the first contact for prospective residents and families, providing a friendly, professional service from enquiry to admission.

You will manage inbound and outbound enquiries by phone, email and digital channels, qualify needs, coordinate visits, and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure a positive, seamless journey for families.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with prospective residents and families.
• Empathetic, patient and supportive approach.
• Experience in sales, customer service, enquiries, admissions or contact centre environments.
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM/databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound enquiries by phone, email and digital channels.
• Qualify enquiries and coordinate visits, assessments and follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and outcomes in the CRM.
• Progress enquiries with Home Managers and care teams to admission.
