Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking a Care Coordinator to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will work closely with the care team to plan and manage care, considering individual needs and goals, and to coordinate shifts and staff supervision.

You will organise medications, liaise with health professionals, and maintain residents’ care plans. Induction and ongoing training support will be provided to staff.
