Riverside Group is seeking a Relief Worker – Care Assistant to support residents at Esther Randall Court, Camden, London. You will deliver personal care and assist with daily living activities, working on a flexible rota to meet resident needs.

The role emphasises compassionate, person-centred care, adherence to care plans, and safeguarding residents while contributing to a friendly, inclusive housing environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused, residential environment delivering personal care.
• Ability to work within care plans and with diverse residents.
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rota and lone-working situations.
• Awareness of health and safety legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care in line with support plans.
• Identify signs of distress and respond to residents' needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care and medication support provided.
• Support with meals, daily living tasks, and mobility assistance.
