Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in the care sector preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rotas and allocate care staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Be the central contact for customers, families and professionals.
• Support new referrals, care planning and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate records and use electronic monitoring systems.
• Line manage care workers and support with queries.
• Monitor service delivery, resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Take part in weekend on-call rota (8 hours every 2 weeks, Sat or Sun; paid at enhanced rate).
