Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to study NVQ Levels 4 & 5 to advance your career.
• Ability to coordinate rotas, visits and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating care staff and client visits.
• Assisting with rotas, scheduling and arranging cover.
• Supporting safeguarding procedures and maintaining high care standards.
• Building positive relationships with clients, families and care professionals.
• Liaising with Social Workers, GP practices, NHS teams and other key professionals.
• Supporting the Registered Care Manager with day-to-day coordination and administration.
• Providing personal care in the community when required.
