Job summary

Autumn Search Limited is seeking a Care Coordinator for a Gosport-based home care role. The position offers a salary of £32,000–£33,000 per year, full-time hours Monday–Friday, 9:00–16:30, with free parking.

You will work alongside a care team, coordinating staff and client visits, with genuine opportunities to study NVQ Levels 4 & 5 to progress into senior roles within care.

Your responsibilities will include:
