Health Recruit Network is seeking a Care Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of a domiciliary care service in Bristol. This hands-on role acts as the central contact between service users, families, care staff and healthcare professionals.

You will manage care packages, staff rotas and liaise with social workers, GPs and local authorities to ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance. A minimum of 2 years in domiciliary care coordination is required, along with a full UK driving

• Minimum 2 years experience within domiciliary care coordination.
• Strong rota management and care allocation experience.
• Experience maintaining care records and completing compliance audits.
• Knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and electronic care management systems.

We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to support the effective day-to-day delivery of an established domiciliary care service in Bristol. This is a hands-on coordination role acting as a central point of contact between service users, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals.

Role

• Allocate care calls based on staff availability, skills, and location

Requirements

• Confident using Microsoft Office and electronic care management systems
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance — essential
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
• Commutable Areas Bristol, Bath, Keynsham, Clevedon, Nailsea, Thornbury, Yate, Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas.
