Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Care Coordinator to expertly manage high-quality care delivery and match Care Workers to Clients by care level and proximity. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance and coordinating teams to deliver outstanding in-home care.

The ideal candidate will have relevant NVQ/SVQ qualifications, prior care coordination experience, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in our fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential).
• Ideally 2 years experience as a care coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in care assessments and care reviews.
• Organised, methodical with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexible around working schedules in a fast-growing start-up environment.
• Team player with in-house training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage delivery of high-quality care services.
• Match Care Workers to Clients based on level and type of care, and proximity where possible.
• Ensure regulatory and company compliance in daily operations.

Job description

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.
