Job summary

Red-Recruitment is seeking a Care Coordinator in Weston-super-Mare to match clinicians with clients and ensure timely care delivery. You will bridge care excellence with clinician empowerment, working Mon-Fri with various shift patterns.

• Identify clinicians suitable for placements and outreach to them.

Salary: GBP25000 - GBP28000 per annum

Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator:

• Dealing with all inboundcalls and email enquiries

• Using your initiative to fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver excellent customer service
• Building and maintaining a relationship with the clients to best support them
• Identifying clinicians suitable for work placements and proactively reaching out to them with outbound calls
• Take ownership of the shift handover process with clarity and accountability.

Skills needed for a Care Coordinator:
