Red Recruitment is seeking a Care Coordinator to deliver high-impact service, matching clinicians to clients in Weston-Super-Mare. You will be the bridge between care excellence and clinician empowerment, and you must hold a UK driving licence.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, coordinate with teams, identify suitable clinicians, and support clients with proactive, compassionate service. The role offers 37.5 hours weekly, Mon-Fri 8am-8pm after induction, with occasional on-call out of

Qualifications

2+ years in healthcare or social care sector (preferred).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Dealing with all inbound calls and email enquiries.
Working as part of a team to promptly meet client needs.
Liaising with multiple departments to solve client account matters.
Using initiative to fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver excellent customer service.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support them.
Identifying clinicians suitable for work placements and contacting them.
Take ownership of shift handover with clarity and accountability.

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Shifts: Mon-Fri from 8am-8pm (after induction), these will either be 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 or 12-8. There is also an expectation to do on call out of hours on evenings and weekends.
