An exciting opportunity for an organised administrator with experience in scheduling/rotas within the care industry to join a company making a big difference locally. Joining this charity partner at an exciting time, you will support a General Manager to coordinate a domiciliary care team in Kent.
Starting off small but with plans to grow, you will initially be responsible for scheduling 3-4 Dementia Befrienders to clients in the Hoo area. As the team grows, so will this role, with you at the forefront of the operation helping to recruit new Befrienders, assist with payroll, create specialised care plans, and more!
