Your New Role
We are seeking motivated coordinators who love problem solving and want to develop their skills in a new environment. This role involves more than scheduling; you will ensure our clients receive the right support at the right time from caring individuals, helping them to remain living independently in their own homes.
Responsibilities
We need compassionate and caring individuals to provide excellent customer service to clients who are elderly or have disabilities by building strong relationships with clients, support workers, and funding bodies.
You will use GoldCare scheduling software to assign support workers for tasks ranging from house cleaning to high-needs personal care.
You will guide and support field support workers, complete health and wellbeing reports, incident reports, and document complaints and compliments, including conducting initial investigations.

We are looking for energetic individuals committed to achieving excellent client outcomes. Enthusiasm for joining a team that understands every client deserves quality support is essential.
You should enjoy problem solving and goal achievement, with the ability to handle multiple issues and prioritize effectively.
Teamwork is vital in care coordination; sometimes you will need assistance, and at other times, you will support others. Empathy and practical skills are highly valued in this role.
